    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-2320, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to motor vehicle dealer license plates, so as to authorize the use of a dealer license plate on a vehicle used for public school driver education, to provide that a dealer license plate used for such a purpose may be obtained for no fee, and to require the plate to be surrendered to the Department of Revenue and Taxation when the vehicle is no longer used for such purposes.
