    A Bill to amend Section 40-11-340, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exemptions from the regulation of contractors by their licensing board, so as to exempt certain work built or performed by a county or municipality which has adopted the Standard Building Code and which has a certified building inspection department, and provide that the exemption only applies to work being done which does not exceed the contract limitation of a group number two general contractor under the regulations of the Board.
