A Bill to amend Section 30-4-70, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to closed meetings of a public body under the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act and executive sessions of the General Assembly, so as to provide that executive sessions of the General Assembly may occur upon a favorable vote of two-thirds of those members of the particular House present and voting.
