    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-80, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF PUBLIC BODIES, SO AS TO REQUIRE PUBLIC BODIES WHICH MAINTAIN AN INTERNET WEBSITE TO POST THE NOTICE OF THE REGULAR, CALLED, SPECIAL, OR RESCHEDULED MEETINGS ON THE SITE AND TO PROVIDE TIME FRAMES; AND TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-90, RELATING TO MINUTES OF MEETINGS OF PUBLIC BODIES, SO AS TO REQUIRE PUBLIC BODIES WHICH MAINTAIN AN INTERNET WEBSITE TO POST THE MINUTES WITHIN FIVE DAYS AFTER THEY ARE ADOPTED AND TO KEEP THE MINUTES ON THE SITE FOR THE NEXT THIRTY DAYS.
