A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 6-7-30 so as to provide that a person is not required to pay ad valorem property taxes on property which, as a result of the decision of a planning commission, has decreased in value, and to require the governing body of a county or municipality in which the property is located to hear his claim within sixty-days and decrease the ad valorem taxes on the property if it finds the property value has been decreased.
