A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-5-25 so as to provide that an attorney at law residing in this State and licensed to practice law in this State upon his request shall be placed on inactive status with the South Carolina State Bar if he moves his principal residence to another state and to provide for a reduced annual license fee and no continuing legal education requirements for attorneys in this inactive status.
