Summary: Driving Record
    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-2956 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY ENTRY IN THE DRIVING RECORD OF A PERSON THAT SHOWS HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED FOR FAILURE TO SUBMIT TO TESTING FOR ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION OR HE WAS ISSUED A TEMPORARY DRIVER'S LICENSE OR THAT HE WAS REQUIRED TO INSTALL AN IGNITION INTERLOCK DEVICE ON A VEHICLE HE DRIVES AND WHO WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ACQUITTED OF DRIVING WITH AN UNLAWFUL ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION MUST BE REMOVED FROM HIS DRIVING RECORD.
