    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-1-280 so as to require the South Carolina Wildlife and Marine Resources Commission to make aircraft available for aerial reseeding of clear-cut areas and to require the owner of the area to be reseeded to provide the seed.
