A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-20-68 so as to provide that any school district of this State which does not have a one hundred thirty-five day average daily membership (ADM) of one thousand two hundred students beginning with the 1993-94 school year shall have state funds appropriated for school district employer contributions allocated to it based on the formula in effect on January 1, 1992, and to provide exceptions.
