    A Bill to amend Section 58-17-1450, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the inspection of railroad crossings, so as to increase from thirty to sixty days the time within which the removal and elimination of obstruction must be made after receipt of notification and to increase from ten to thirty days the time for the erection of crossbucks after notification from the Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
