    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-2320, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the issuance of motor vehicle dealer and wholesaler license plates by the Department of Highways and Public Transportation, so as to provide that a dealer plate may be used on a vehicle only when it is being demonstrated for sale.
