H 4675 General Bill, By D.M. Beasley and C.Y. Waites
    A Bill to amend Section 46-43-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Migrant Farm Workers' Commission, so as to revise the membership of the Commission, to provide that the Chairman of the Commission must be appointed by the Governor, and to provide that a representative of certain federal and state agencies is authorized to attend meetings of the Commission in order to act in an advisory capacity to the Commission, and to amend Section 46-43-30, relating to offices of the Commission and other related administrative matters, so as to delete the stipulation that the Commission shall elect a Chairman.
