    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 4-19-17 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE FIRE DISTRICTS CREATED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTERS 9 AND 19 OF TITLE 4 TO PROVIDE A LIMITED NONTRANSPORTATIVE RESCUE SERVICE WITHIN THEIR BOUNDARIES.
