    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-15-315 so as to provide a procedure for early voting; and to amend Sections 7-15-320 and 7-15-340, both as amended, relating to the persons qualified to vote by absentee ballot, so as to add persons who desire to vote early by personal appearance in statewide elections and their nominating primaries.
