H 4685 General Bill, By Fair
    A Bill to amend Section 38-77-360, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition against a person having his automobile insurance premiums increased as a result of certain first offense traffic violations, so as to provide that no parking violation of whatever nature against any person may cause his automobile insurance premiums to be increased or those of the owner of the automobile against which the parking violation was issued.
