    A Bill to amend Section 6-7-830, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to zoning ordinances and exceptions for housing for handicapped persons, so as to provide that the ordinances apply if the home is part of a rehabilitation or transitional living program for persons with prior criminal records; and to amend Section 31-21-70, relating to applications of the Fair Housing Law, so as to permit a conduct against a person with a prior criminal record.
