H 4707 General Bill, By M.O. Alexander and S.G. Manly
    A Bill to amend Section 30-5-36, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to certain notices required to be contained in deeds or other instruments of transfer of real property which has been used as a hazardous waste storage or disposal facility, so as to provide that the provisions of the Section also apply to property which has been used as a solid waste storage or disposal facility, to revise the language of the required notices, and to provide that if a seller fails to comply with these notice provisions, the transfer of the property is voidable by the purchaser.
