A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-1-270 so as to provide for the State to be awarded damages for the unlawful destruction or injury to wildlife, aquatic life, endangered or threatened species, or the lands or waters owned or controlled by the State, including wetlands, for the use of the money, and for enforcement and implementation of the Section.
