H 4717 General Bill, By Elliott
    A Bill to amend Section 61-1-95, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to licenses and permits issued by the Alcohol Beverage Control Commission and a provision which stipulates that when a license or permit is suspended or revoked, no person with a financial interest in the business or premises and no person within the third degree of kinship to the person holding that license or permit may be issued a license or permit for the premises concerned, so as to permit the Commission in its discretion to issue a license or permit to these persons in justifiable cases, and to amend Section 61-13-515, relating to licenses and permits issued by the Commission, so as to conform this Section to the above provisions.
