    A Bill to amend Section 43-3-10, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to county departments and boards of social services, so as to increase from three to four the term of members of the county board, limit a member of the board to two consecutive terms, provide that any member may be removed by the appointing authority for neglect of duty, misconduct, or malfeasance in office after being given a written statement of reasons and an opportunity to be heard.
