    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to registration and license fees for motor vehicles, so as to provide that for a person sixty-five years of age the annual registration fee for a property-carrying vehicle with a gross weight of five thousand pounds or less is ten dollars instead of fifteen dollars.
