    A Joint Resolution to provide that the requirement in Section 40-79-140 of the 1976 Code of Laws mandating applicants for an alarm system business license to provide evidence of completion of the "National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III Fire Alarm Systems Engineering Technician's Competency Test" is suspended and shall not be enforced for a period of one hundred eighty days.
