H 4761 General Bill, By Koon and C.L. Sturkie
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 57-5-375 so as to provide that an owner of a parcel of real property which abuts a state, county, or municipal road who obtains a building permit to construct improvements on this property must be provided with the right of ingress and egress to this property over the road, and to require the entity having jurisdiction over the road to remove or provide alternate means for certain impairments which restrict the providing of reasonable ingress and egress.
