    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 4-1-45 so as to provide that a county governing body is authorized to control pyrotechnics or ban fireworks within the county or any part of the county during those times when a fire hazard exists as a result of a natural disaster.
