H 4819 General Bill, By J.C. Johnson and Carnell
    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2940, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to penalties for DUI, so as to provide that a violation of a law or ordinance in another state for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs, or narcotics, pursuant to Section 56-1-650 constitutes a prior offense for purposes of this Section.
