H 4823 General Bill, By J.C. Johnson and Carnell
    A Bill to amend Section 16-25-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to penalties for third conviction of domestic violence, so as to provide that prior convictions for violent acts against a person whose relationship falls within the Criminal Domestic Violence Act are included for sentencing purposes.
