    A Bill to amend Section 12-28-310, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the tax on gasoline and diesel fuel, so as to provide that the license tax imposed by this Section is in lieu of all sales, use, or other excise tax which may otherwise be imposed by any municipality, county, or other local political subdivision; to amend Section 12-28-720, relating to the tax on motor fuels and perfection of the exemption for imports, so as to provide the exemption for exports, rather than imports.-short title
