    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 41-29-300 so as to devolve upon the Employment Security Commission all hiring functions under the State Classification and Compensation Plan relating to posting of vacancies, receiving applications, and initial screening and testing; to provide that the Commission shall perform the merit system operations of the Office of Human Resources, and to provide that the Commission shall post and make applications available at all job service locations.
