H 4834 General Bill, By J.C. Johnson
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-53-587 so as to provide that when an item of property seized as a result of its use in a drug offense is returned to an innocent owner, an item of equal value owned by the person charged with the commission of the crime which resulted in the seizure must be forfeited to the State under certain conditions.
