    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 20, TITLE 59, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE EDUCATION FINANCE ACT OF 1977, SO AS TO REVISE THE METHOD BY WHICH FUNDS ARE ALLOCATED TO THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS OF THIS STATE, AND TO MAKE FURTHER REVISIONS TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION FINANCE ACT.
