    A Bill to amend Section 40-17-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the regulation of detective and private security agencies and exemptions, so as to provide that Chapter 17, Title 40 does not apply to a county fire marshal or similar official who also receives compensation for private employment for obtaining or furnishing information with reference to the cause of fires outside his county of regular employment and who is a state constable.
