    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-9-147 so as to provide for a state archery stamp, to provide for the use of the revenue derived from the sale of the stamps, prints, and related articles and to make it unlawful for a person to hunt with archery equipment without a valid stamp in his possession.
