A Bill to amend Sections 12-21-1850 and 12-21-2120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the tax on bottled soft drinks, so as to increase the tax from one cent to two cents for each twelve ounces or fractional part and to increase the alternative method from one dollar and twenty-two cents a gross for each one cent of face value to two dollars and forty-four cents a gross.
