MEDLOCK MEMORIAL HIGHWAY" AND TO ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS PORTION OF HIGHWAY THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "JOE B. MEDLOCK MEMORIAL HIGHWAY".
