    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE TASK FORCE, TO PROVIDE FOR ITS MEMBERS, POWERS, AND DUTIES, INCLUDING DEVELOPING A PLAN TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS ABOUT EARLY SCREENING, DIAGNOSIS, AND TREATMENT, AND PROVIDING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SUCH A PLAN; AND TO REQUIRE THE TASK FORCE TO SUBMIT ITS REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE THE 2007 LEGISLATIVE SESSION, AT WHICH TIME THE TASK FORCE IS ABOLISHED. - ratified title
