    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-7-60 so as to prohibit an elected or appointed official of a state agency, department, or instrumentality from using his position to cancel, revoke, or influence the result in any proceeding regarding the issuance of a traffic ticket under Section 56-7-10.
