    A Bill to amend Sections 38-35-440 and 38-35-460, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to required and optional provisions of accident and health insurance policies, so as to delete the item which deals with conforming policy provisions with the statutes of the State in which the insured resides from Section 38-35-460 and inserting such item in Section 38-35-440.
