    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-29-185 SO AS TO REQUIRE PUBLIC OR PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING TO PROVIDE IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION TO EACH STUDENT UPON ENTRY TO THE INSTITUTION; TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE INFORMATION THAT MUST BE PROVIDED; AND TO PROVIDE THAT THESE INSTITUTIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE VACCINATIONS; AND TO REPEAL SECTION 59-101-290, RELATING TO REQUIRING PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING TO PROVIDE INCOMING STUDENTS WITH INFORMATION ON MENINGOCOCCAL DISEASE AND HEPATITIS B.
