H 4937 General Bill, By J.I. Rogers
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 17-25-65 so as to allow a circuit judge to vary, but not reduce, the sentence imposed on a defendant in an earlier term of general session court with the approval of the solicitor who prosecuted the case and if the judge finds that the variance is in the best interests of all parties involved.
