    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-55-2335 so as to provide that in a community swimming pool classified as "Class B" Pool under regulations of the Department of Health and Environmental Control, children who have reached the age of eight and who have passed a swimming test established by the governing authority of the pool are permitted to swim and are allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
