    A Concurrent Resolution to authorize the continued disposal at the Barnwell Facility of low-level radioactive waste generated outside the Southeast Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Compact region pursuant to Code Section 48-48-80(G) of the 1976 Code from July 1, 1994, to December 31, 1995, and only to the extent that the Southeast Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Compact Commission approves.
