    A Concurrent Resolution to recognize Mr. Gary T. Geddens, Principal of Columbia High School, upon being named the "Administrator of the Year" by the South Carolina Association of Student Councils at the winter meeting of the South Carolina Association of School Administrators, to invite him to visit the House of Representatives Wednesday, April 6, 1994, and to extend to him the privilege of the House floor at an appropriate time on that date for the purpose of being recognized.
