COX BOULEVARD" IN HONOR OF CLEMSON UNIVERSITY ICON, WALTER THOMPSON COX, WHO HAS SERVED AS COACH, DEAN, AND PRESIDENT OF CLEMSON FOR MORE THAN SIXTY-FIVE YEARS AND TO INSTALL APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ON THE HIGHWAY CONTAINING THE WORDS THE "WALTER T. COX BOULEVARD".
