    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 15-1-325 so as to provide that if legal notice or process is required or permitted by law to be published or served by publication, the means of publication include radio or television broadcast and to require the Supreme Court by rule to provide for the manner of such publication.
