    A Bill to amend Sections 59-117-10 and 59-117-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the board of trustee of the University of South Carolina, so as to provide that the student government President of the University of South Carolina-Columbia campus is an ex officio member of the board.
