H 5031 General Bill, By Koon and Sharpe
    A Bill to amend Section 56-19-480, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to transfer and surrender of certificates of title, license plates, and registration cards on wrecked or destroyed vehicles, so as to permit the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to reissue regular titles rather than salvage titles on these vehicles under certain conditions.
