    A Bill to amend Section 12-36-2120, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to sales and use tax exemptions, so as to exempt the gross proceeds of sales of solid waste disposal collection bags required pursuant to a county or other political subdivision's solid waste disposal plan if the plan requires the purchase of a specifically designated containment bag.
