    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 40-43-170, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY OF A PHARMACIST TO DISPENSE A ONE-TIME REFILL OF A PRESCRIBED MEDICATION DURING A STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED BY THE GOVERNOR, SO AS TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF SUCH A REFILL FROM A FIFTEEN-DAY SUPPLY TO A THIRTY-DAY SUPPLY. - ratified title
