    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-150-350, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION, AND DISTRIBUTION OF EDUCATION LOTTERY ACCOUNT PROCEEDS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT LOTTERY PROCEEDS MAY BE USED TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE A BACHELORS DEGREE AND WISH TO BECOME TEACHERS.
