A Bill to amend Section 5-3-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the alternate method of annexation by petition of seventy-five percent of freeholders, so as to provide that the signature of a freeholder owning property in the area requesting annexation may not be counted if the property has been conveyed to him within six months before the date of the first signature on the petition.
